Biography

Hometown: Omaha, NE

About Me: I’m from Omaha, Nebraska, and completed both undergrad and medical school in Nebraska as well. I enjoy a good mix of downtime and staying social. I love reading, especially when I can read for leisure instead of for work, relaxing with movies, tv and video games, and I’m a big fan of college athletics, specifically Creighton and Nebraska athletics. In my free time, I’m usually out trying new spots for food and drinks or spending time with friends and family.

Why I Chose ¶¶زُ¶جتسئµ: I chose ¶¶زُ¶جتسئµ for residency because I had heard great things about the program from my home institution, and when I did an away rotation here, it really confirmed everything I'd been told. I was impressed by the quality of training and the strong clinical experience, but what stood out most were the relationships. Everyone was so supportive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each other. That sense of community made it clear this was the right place for me and where I wanted to spend my next five years.

Favorite Part of Milwaukee: Milwaukee has plenty to of activities to enjoy and explore. Summers by Lake Michigan are the best, nothing beats going to the beach on a warm day where I enjoy relaxing, reading, and playing sand volleyball. And no matter what time of year it is, there’s always some kind of festival going on, which keeps offers new and interesting things to do even during the cold months. Finally, you cannot mention Milwaukee without mentioning all the breweries, which provide countless options for all types of beers.
